• Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. • Drive acquisition efficiency and measurable growth across consumer brands. • Optimizing CAC, ROAS, LTV, and channel efficiency targets. • Collaborate with brand teams for creative testing. • Implement tracking, attribution, and measurement infrastructure. • Weekly performance reporting to OpCo leads and the executive team.

Job Requirements

  • 4–7+ years managing paid media at scale ($1M+ monthly spend), with deep expertise in Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
  • Direct-to-consumer or multi-brand portfolio experience is essential.
  • Strong fluency with attribution platforms, MMM, and analytics is a must.
  • Background in any of the following is a plus: consumer brand growth, music or entertainment marketing, sports and lifestyle audiences, creator and influencer integrations, D2C subscription models, or agency-side multi-brand operations.

Role Description Avalara is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy of integrated campaigns and always-on programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth with our partners. Reporting to the Senior Director of Partner Marketing, you'll collaborate across teams to build go-to-market programs that accelerate joint growth and expand our impact in the market.
