Role Description Avalara is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy of integrated campaigns and always-on programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth with our partners. Reporting to the Senior Director of Partner Marketing, you'll collaborate across teams to build go-to-market programs that accelerate joint growth and expand our impact in the market. This is a remote, US-based role. - You will oversee the strategy, design, and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns including ABM, outbound, inbound, nurture, and partner enablement to accelerate acquisition and expansion with important partners. - You will collaborate with Partner Management to define joint value propositions and deliver co-marketing programs that expand reach and influence. - You will align with Field Marketing on marquee and in-region events to strengthen brand awareness and drive pipeline. - You will collaborate across content, creative, and digital teams to ensure messaging and relevance across every partner and customer touchpoint. - You will monitor campaign performance using measurements such as MQLs, pipeline contribution, bookings and conversion rates, to surface actionable insights for decision-making and readouts to team members (ie. Pipeline Meetings, QBRs). - You will optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment, using data, AI tools, and automation platforms. - You will implement personalization at scale using AI-driven content and targeting to deliver dynamic, tailored experiences across channels. - You will mentor junior team members by sharing best practices, providing feedback, and encouraging an inclusive team culture that values learning and accountability. Qualifications - 8+ years experience in partner marketing, B2B demand generation, integrated campaign management, or segment marketing. - Experience overseeing partner marketing strategy and collaboration. - Experience working with Revenue Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales Development, Brand, and Product Marketing teams. - Experience with marketing automation, Salesforce, reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau), ABM orchestration tools (6Sense, Sendoso) and data tools (D&B, ZoomInfo). Requirements - The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations: - Colorado: $136,400 - $225,000 (annually) - Washington: $136,400 - $248,600 (annually) - California: $136,400 - $272,500 (annually) - NYC: $150,800 - $272,500 (annually) - The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. - This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
