Sales Development Representative

• Assist in all aspects of the sales process (research, outbound engagement, inbound lead management, coordinating sales calls, developing and maintaining proposals, responding to RFPs, and regular follow up) • Consistently track activities in our system of record • Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results • Work with management to build formalized sales playbooks for product and service offerings; establish and refine sales processes alongside management. • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Sales for next steps • Develop a comprehensive understanding of solutions and services offered by our firm, along with the unique value of each practice • Successfully execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social media • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects through a variety of warm and cold outreach • Attend conferences to represent multiple products and service • Facilitate seamless collaboration between the marketing and sales teams. • Seek feedback and actively participate in training and development opportunities to refine skills and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education and experience required
  • 2+ years of prior sales experience
  • Ability to learn quickly and willing to try different tactics
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools and software
  • High level of business acumen and professionalism
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Fearless and positive attitude – willing to take intelligent risks while being a team player, resilient in the face of challenges
  • Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, work with others and follow through to execute tasks
  • Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and sales intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. or equivalent tools.
