The team works cross-functionally with marketing, enrollment, product, and operations to help partners meet their recruitment and revenue goals. As a Degree Success Manager, you will serve as the primary strategic and operational lead for a portfolio of university partners. You will own the degree component of the partnership, manage day-to-day relationships, oversee program performance, and ensure marketing and recruitment strategies are aligned with the program needs. Working closely with the Degrees marketing and enrollment teams, you’ll develop and deliver partner/program specific strategy briefs based on analysis of recruitment funnel.
