Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer & AI Specialist to design, develop, and maintain advanced web applications while integrating artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern web technologies, automation, and AI frameworks, with hands-on experience in Claude code, Docker, Next.js, GitHub, and PostgreSQL. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and other modern frameworks. - Implement and optimize AI-driven features, including automation workflows and Claude code integrations. - Design, configure, and manage containerized applications using Docker. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into web platforms. - Manage version control, code reviews, and collaborative development using GitHub. - Design and maintain relational databases with PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and performance. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security. - Stay updated with emerging technologies in web development and AI to propose innovative solutions. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development. - Demonstrated experience in AI integration and automation projects. Technical Skills - Proficiency in Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. - Strong knowledge of Claude code and AI-driven automation tools. - Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and deployment. - Expertise in GitHub workflows, branching strategies, and collaborative coding practices. - Solid understanding of PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and management. • Signal Engineering : Detect high-intent signals (hiring, tech changes, social intent) using Clay, custom scrapers, and LLMs to fuel BDRs and Marketing teams • Revenue Architecture : Manage bi-directional data flow between HubSpot, Clay, and HockeyStack while mapping fields correctly and maintaining tracking via GTM • Growth Intelligence : Build predictive lead scoring, identify buying centers, and optimize AI credit usage through smart caching logic • The "Signal Factory" : Use Clay and Claude to build workflows that verify unreliable data and find specific criteria that standard filters miss • ABX Logic at Scale : Design logic for ABX motions using Clay for niche scraping and Claude to categorize companies based on complex criteria • Perfect Moment Timing : Use HockeyStack behavioral data to trigger automated BDR alerts when accounts show activity surges • AI Efficiency : Design workflows that optimize AI credit consumption while maintaining fresh database quality • Agentic Enablement : Build AI agents that research companies and draft personalized briefings for Account Executives

• Design and implement enterprise-level backend and frontend solutions within a modernized Azure-based data ecosystem. • Develop scalable and secure analytics and data-sharing tools. • Integrate analytical and AI solutions within existing system architectures and workflows.
