Role Description The Marketing Director, Post-Professional owns the end-to-end marketing strategy and performance for EIM’s Post-Professional business, including continuing education (CE), programs, and related offerings. This role is accountable for driving awareness, demand, conversion, and revenue growth through integrated marketing efforts aligned to business goals. The Marketing Director partners closely with Business Development, Program Leadership, Admissions, Events, and Marketing teams to optimize lead quality, conversion, and customer experience. This role serves as the subject matter expert on Post-Professional products and audiences, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on oversight in a lean, growth-oriented environment.
