Senior Sales Consultant
OrthoFi
• Drive top-line revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within an assigned geographic territory (South/Southeast, including Colorado). • Own the full sales cycle with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, and closing new logo accounts. • Effectively manage a mix of outbound and inbound opportunities, building and prioritizing pipeline activity within your territory. • Engage key decision-makers, including doctors, practice managers, and other team members, guiding them through a value-based sales process and ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team. • Sell financial outcomes and technology-enabled managed services, clearly connecting OrthoFi’s solutions to revenue growth, cash flow optimization, and operational efficiency. • Apply a strategic, consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and align solutions to their business and financial goals. • Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans to maximize market coverage and performance. • Accurately forecast monthly sales and track progress against targets using CRM and pipeline reporting tools. • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demos, both in-person and virtually, tailored to practice owners and important stakeholders. • Continuously refine messaging and sales strategies by evaluating past performance and providing feedback on materials and positioning. • Act as a strategic voice of the customer, sharing market and buyer insights with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams. • Partner closely with onboarding and account management to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including pipeline activity, territory notes, and customer interactions. • Complete required administrative responsibilities, including travel and expense reporting, in accordance with company policies.
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years of successful B2B territory management and outbound sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong ability to engage with customers and internal teams in a professional and collaborative manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and business correspondence.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to build value-based sales presentations.
- Proven ability to lead meetings, deliver compelling sales presentations, and drive product demand.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and key performance metrics.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to travel overnight (approximately 20-50%) and operate a motor vehicle for extended periods when needed.

• Calling on ambulatory surgery centers within assigned territory • Selling surgical procedure trays, DME, anesthesia, surgical gloves, infection prevention, endoscopy kits, IV fluid management, drapes and gowns, surgical hand antiseptic, and other disposables • Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers • Establishing and nurturing client relationships • Developing strong relationships with key decision makers • Maintaining existing business and presenting new products • Preparing bids and price quotes • Regular cold calling
