Role Description The Enrollment Lead will be responsible for identifying and driving improvements in payment efficiencies and processes. This role will work closely with Operational Leadership, Remittance, Account Management, and Product to identify systemic improvement opportunities in payment processes. The role is responsible for driving down manual remittance activities by OrthoFi and practices through execution of payment enrollment activities, including Change of Address and ERA/EFT enrollment. The Enrollment Lead will partner with OrthoFi's OSM, TIL, and Configuration teams to champion our enrollment processes with new and existing clients, improving our customer's experience and decreasing payment delays. As Enrollment Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving the productivity, quality, and metrics of the enrollment team.
