Job Requirements

  • Qualifications:**
  • 12+ years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally within high-voltage or power systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar senior engineering or technical leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of transmission infrastructure, substations, and grid connection projects.
  • Ability to review and oversee both primary and secondary engineering disciplines.
  • Experience with battery energy storage systems (BESS) highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with civil and electrical interface coordination in infrastructure projects.
  • Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage external consultants or contractors.
