Role Description You will support the Audit team and help ensure our Ethical and Manufacturing Audit programs consistently exceed our client's expectations. - Audit the manufacturing sites of our client's suppliers, sometimes without warning. Your areas of attention will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others, according to the applicable international standard or the client's in-house procedure. - Be alert to any violations, stay vigilant when dealing with factory management, and record all your findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to the client. - Approach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients. - Other tasks arranged by the management team. Qualifications - A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related major. - Strong knowledge of SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C-TPAT/WRAP/BSCI. - Work experience in 3rd party auditing. - APSCA CSCA certified, BSCI auditor / ESCP / WRAP / SLCP / ISO 9001 audit qualification. - Have a good command of written English. The auditor's role will include: - Reviewing HCC and RAF problem lists on a pre-visit basis. - Reviewing HCC gaps for the year. - Providing solutions to increase provider documentation and capture diagnosis codes that weren’t captured during the visit. - Ensuring all members of the clinical team are aware of patients with HCC Gaps to alert their provider. - Ensuring these patients have a scheduled follow-up appointment with their attributed primary care physician/NP/PA.
