Job Requirements

  • Proven experience leading pilot accounts, new program launches, or process rollouts.
  • Experience in a 'Hybrid' environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Genesys, spreadsheets, dashboards, and project tracking platforms.
  • Willingness to follow graveyard shift, weekends, holidays, and occasional shift changes.

About the Role: The Telephonic Triage Nurse provides timely, expert guidance and support over the phone to hospice patients and families. We have part-time weekend shifts available.
