• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing tools and techniques, social media sourcing, professional networks and resume databases • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks • Promote our employer brand online and offline • Maintain candidate databases (via our Applicant Tracking System) • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities • Crafting and sending recruiting emails • Review resumes of new applicants/ distribute new applicants to appropriate Recruiters • Send interview requests to qualified applicants for Recruiters • Enter new applicants into Applicant Tracking System as needed
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in administrative support, entry HR level position, or similar role
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with sourcing techniques is helpful, but not required – we will train the right person!
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- Good working knowledge of G-suite, Microsoft Office
- Experience using iCIMS or other Applicant Tracking System is helpful but not required
- Bachelors degree
