Qualifications - You will be friendly, customer focused and desire to resolve connectivity issues. - You must be interested in broadband, telephony and digital TV technology and set up. - You will be a team player, working with the wider team and our clients on a daily basis. - You will be hard working and flexible to take on our planned and unplanned workload. • Proactively manage Supplier Quality risks, driving down supplier escapes. • Assures supplier process and product quality, including contractual, regulatory, and technical compliance. • Interfaces directly with supplier personnel and must be knowledgeable in and capable of assessing both supplier quality and manufacturing processes and procedures. • Conducts product and process verification activities, monitors supplier quality performance, and drives root cause corrective action analysis for supplier quality issues. • Supports the maintenance of the approved supplier list and periodically reviews supplier performance to determine whether suppliers should remain on the approved list. • Manages supplier requests for waivers, deviations, and the discrepancy reporting process. • Keeps management informed of supplier performance, quality status, and risks. • Coordinates and oversees the implementation of the Supplier Quality plan throughout all program phases. • Travel to the supplier for source inspections, quality audits, special process audits, and oversight as needed.
