• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet hiring goals across Yokly’s various business units. • Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and talent databases to build a strong talent pipeline . • Leverage HR technology and automation to streamline hiring processes and enhance efficiency. • Track key HR metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and candidate experience scores) to continuously optimize recruitment performance. • Conduct behavioral and skills-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with Yokly’s values. • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a structured interview process that leads to data-driven hiring decisions. • Facilitate pre-employment assessments and technical evaluations when applicable. • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, independent contractor agreements, and confidentiality requirements . • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Yokly’s company culture and values through job postings, social media, and networking events. • Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates to maintain a positive hiring experience. • Develop engaging and inclusive job descriptions that attract a diverse talent pool. • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding and a smooth transition for new hires. • Implement retention strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and ensure long-term engagement . • Encourage new employees to participate in Agapay Samaritans initiatives , reinforcing Yokly’s social responsibility commitment .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field .
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the outsourcing, BPO, or remote staffing industries .
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Kalibrr, or Indeed.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and DEI best practices .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and adjust strategies accordingly to improve hiring outcomes.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling candidate information.

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $185,000. In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program, as well as a wide array of benefit programs, such as medical and life insurance, retirement and tax-free savings plans, and access to other healthcare programs.
