• Build and maintain strong customer relationships • Promote and sell the full Coromant product and service offering • Identify new business opportunities and grow market share • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver total customer solutions • Use your technical expertise to consult on CNC machining and tooling applications • Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools (MS Dynamics and Power BI) to ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and follow-up on customer engagements
Job Requirements
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and cutting tools
- Proven success in technical sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx. 10% overnight)

Buscamos una persona con experiencia en venta de soluciones AWS, para unirse a nuestro equipo como AWS Sales Account Manager. Tendrás la oportunidad de posicionar la oferta consultiva de Escala 24x7 y liderar el proceso de venta desde la prospección hasta el cierre del negocio. - Analizar el potencial del territorio/mercado. - Realizar llamadas en frío a clientes potenciales. - Documentar en el CRM oportunidades y seguimiento de oportunidades. - Presentar, posicionar y vender los productos y servicios con argumentos sólidos en los prospectos. - Elaborar la propuesta comercial apoyada en las unidades internas cuando sea requerido. - Identificar, establecer y desarrollar la relación positiva con clientes potenciales dentro de las verticales objetivo. - Realizar un seguimiento de las ventas y los informes de estado. - Realizar análisis de costo-beneficio, o comparativos comerciales de la competencia para ayudar al cliente con sus necesidades. - Sugerir soluciones e ideas innovadoras para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. - Acelerar la resolución de problemas y quejas de los clientes para maximizar la satisfacción. - Lograr los objetivos y resultados de ventas acordados dentro del cronograma. - Desarrollar relaciones estratégicas a largo plazo con los stakeholders. - Monitorear las métricas de desempeño de ventas. - Mantenerse actualizado en las mejores prácticas y tendencias de marketing promocional. Qualifications - Título universitario en áreas comerciales y/o tecnología. - Experiencia previa en venta de soluciones de TI completa de al menos 3 años. (Plus AWS) - Habilidades en comunicación y negociación con personas de diferentes áreas y roles. - Capacidad para priorizar y gestionar el tiempo de manera efectiva. - Certificación en AWS Cloud Practitioner o superior (plus). - Experiencia trabajando con servicios y costos de AWS (plus). - Nivel de inglés B2/C1 (plus).
