What you’ll do: - Provide bridge inspection and design services. - Actively lead, develop and grow the structural engineering team. - Be familiar with structural components. - Work cross functionally with the Transportation team on projects. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. - 7 to 11 years of experience designing steel and concrete structures. - Licensed structural engineer in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin or ability to secure these licensures. Requirements - Knowledge of construction methods and materials and code requirements. - Ability to develop design and construction plans. - Proficiency in structural engineering software. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Team player.
