• Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to Web3 retail audiences and privacy maxis. • Align campaigns with the technical roadmap and overarching marketing goals. • Develop engaging and original content in the form of short-form copy, video shorts, polls, and more, leveraging updated algorithms and best practices. • Excited to experiment with trends and new types of content, with an outgoing, on-camera personality that embraces social moments on screen. • Foster meaningful interactions with community members and followers, responding to DM’s daily. • Manage social media agencie(s) to support new follower growth and engagement across-platforms. • Enjoys diving deep into analytics and metrics to understand what’s working, and can move quickly to iterate based on the data to amplify what’s performing well. • Report on social media performance and audience insights to key stakeholders. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to amplify content and messaging.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record as a Social Media Manager, preferably with 3+ years in the blockchain or crypto sector.
- Experience working with retail audiences in Web3 post token-launch.
- Strong understanding of Web3, privacy, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and the crypto ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
- Creative and forward-thinking.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start up environment.
- Agency and contractor management experience is a plus.
