• Define and maintain delivery frameworks, playbooks, and engagement models across all practices • Standardize delivery phases, artifacts, quality gates, and handoffs without slowing teams down • Own delivery quality metrics (on-time, on-budget, scope adherence, client satisfaction) • Conduct delivery health checks on active and at-risk engagements • Lead post-mortems and ensure lessons learned turn into real changes • Identify systemic margin leakage and delivery inefficiencies • Create lightweight training, coaching, and enablement for Delivery Leads and Architects • Establish just enough governance to ensure consistency and transparency • Ensure delivery data is visible, accurate, and actionable

Job Requirements

  • 12–18+ years in professional services delivery
  • Background in data, analytics, automation, or enterprise technology consulting
  • Experience operating at scale (100+ consultants)
  • Has owned delivery quality, not just run projects
  • Experience in Big 4, top-tier consulting, or high-growth services firm strongly preferred
