What we look for in you (ie. job requirements): - 7-10+ years of relevant transactional experience in-house or at a leading law firm, supported by a JD (or applicable equivalent) and current license in a U.S. state. - Deep expertise with fintechs, banks, payment processors, payment networks, and/or payment issuers/acquirers, and experience structuring complex transactions and commercial agreements with strategic partners in this space. - Excellent commercial drafting and negotiation skills, judgment, analytic rigor, and business pragmatism. - Willingness to roll up sleeves (no job too big, no job too small). - Interest in digital currency and blockchain technology. - Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human‑in‑the‑loop practices to deliver business‑ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
