Strategic Risk Solutions
• Lead the next phase of SRS storytelling, from content and design to PR and media • Responsible for enhancing the firm’s marketing and promotional activities • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and supervision to Marketing Associates • Monitor and curate visual and verbal brand standards across all global divisions • Manage the application of brand logos, typography, and graphic elements • Lead all design projects and interface with internal/external resources • Design and update high-impact sales materials, including capabilities decks • Supply strong brand level communication elements for RFPs • Convert complex captive insurance concepts into clear narratives • Manage production of video elements for social media and brand • Develop infographics and diagrams illustrating SRS’s captive structures • Examine competitive and marketplace trends and make strategic recommendations • Create event ready branded materials • Support transition of HubSpot into a strategic CRM Hub • Manage content updates for the SRS website and microsites • Oversee SRS LinkedIn page content strategy • Develop SRS paid media strategy • Coordinate the development and distribution of engaging content
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years prior marketing experience with a B2B focus
- Experience mentoring and supervising junior team members
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Experience managing and optimizing B2B Social Media platforms (LinkedIn)
- BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent field
- Proficient with MS Office suite, Adobe creative suite
- Strong communications and writing skills for developing effective messaging
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple marketing activities
- Self-manager with motivation to perform at a high level in a remote work environment
- Familiarity with AI tools for copywriting, content generation and research

Role Description We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate (Music Tech) to help drive outbound prospecting, support inbound demand, and grow our social presence as we scale in 2026. This is an entry-level, high-growth role for someone who’s hungry to learn sales and marketing fundamentals, build confidence speaking with prospects, and contribute directly to new business. You’ll help sell found.ee’s platform tools and subscription offerings, with a focus on how our advertising and audience capabilities support measurable outcomes. This role is open to candidates based in Nashville, or remotely in North Carolina.
