Role Description We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Associate (Music Tech) to help drive outbound prospecting, support inbound demand, and grow our social presence as we scale in 2026. This is an entry-level, high-growth role for someone who’s hungry to learn sales and marketing fundamentals, build confidence speaking with prospects, and contribute directly to new business. You’ll help sell found.ee’s platform tools and subscription offerings, with a focus on how our advertising and audience capabilities support measurable outcomes. This role is open to candidates based in Nashville, or remotely in North Carolina. What You’ll Do: - Research and build lists of target prospects (labels, venues, promoters, agencies, artist teams) - Run outbound outreach via email + LinkedIn with consistent weekly activity - Qualify leads and book meetings/demos for the sales team - Track outreach activity, follow-ups, and next steps in a CRM - Support basic discovery calls and help move opportunities forward - Assist with demos, follow-ups, and onboarding for new customers - Help communicate the value of found.ee subscriptions, marketing tools, and advertising capabilities - Support revenue pipeline organization and reporting (leads → meetings → wins) - Support execution of inbound campaigns (social, email, blog articles, etc.) - Help manage and grow found.ee’s social presence (streamlining visual identity, consistent posting, repurposing content cross-platform, boosting engagement) in a way that benefits & strengthens the found.ee brand - Assist with simple content creation (short posts, visuals, clips, basic edits) - Help organize marketing assets (case studies, one-pagers, FAQs) Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (bonus if within music, media, or creator-focused environments) - Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Business, Music Business, or a related field - Clear, confident communicator—especially in writing (email, social, outreach) and in live settings like product demos via Google Meet—with an ability to connect authentically with artists, teams, and industry partners - Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage outreach, follow-ups, and multiple moving pieces without things slipping through the cracks - Motivated by growth, goals, and measurable impact; excited by the idea of building pipeline and contributing to revenue - Passion for music, artists, live events, and the evolving digital/creator landscape Benefits - Ample opportunities to work with leaders and employees across the company - Work in a collaborative environment full of mission-driven, innovative, and passionate people - Be part of an open, welcoming, and inclusive culture - Rich benefit program (Medical, Dental, Vision), Life Insurance, 401k (with match) - Base salary range of $45,000-$55,000 annually, including a commission incentive based on performance metrics - Comprehensive market-competitive total rewards program for employees - Generous paid time off

The Opportunity The Head of EMEA Publishing provides senior leadership for Downtown Publishing’s ex-US footprint. This role is responsible for shaping regional growth, architecture, strengthening market presence and representing Downtown as a trusted, high-impact partner across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and Africa. This role is designed for a senior, growth-oriented industry leader, with a track-record of operating as a strong commercial operator and strategic generalist in an international business environment - navigating complex rights, creative, and commercial matters while helping define the future of Downtown’s global footprint. The executive reports directly to Emily Stephenson, President of Publishing and can be based in any of the following locations: UK, Netherlands, France, Italy, Germany or Sweden. Key Responsibilities Oversee the growth, organization and strategic alignment of ex-US publishing operations, spanning DMP UK / Pan-European business development and Songtrust EMEA Business Development Serve as a senior partner to Rights Management to ensure best-in-class administration, governance, and market-specific execution across EMEA Elevate and represent the Downtown Publishing brand across key territories, strengthening its reputation as a leading in-market partner Drive and support European deal activity in close partnership with Business Development, providing senior commercial leadership and market insight Build and maintain deep relationships with key European pay sources, platforms, and strategic partners to reinforce Downtown’s position in the region Manage and grow the EMEA team What You Bring
