• Administer Okta to support SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle processes including provisioning, role-based access, and deprovisioning across internal applications. • Manage and support Google Workspace, Slack, and GitHub, ensuring consistent configuration, secure access, and effective integrations between platforms. • Assist in maintaining security practices aligned with NIST 800-171 requirements, including supporting internal reviews, documentation, and audit readiness. • Participate in security assessments and internal audits by maintaining accurate system documentation and configuration records. • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline administrative workflows, including basic automation where appropriate. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and secure employee experience. • Monitor system usage, permissions, and integrations to help maintain a stable and secure SaaS environment.
Job Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. In alignment with federal contract requirements, certain roles may also require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance.
- Hands-on experience administering SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, or GitHub.
- Experience supporting identity and access management practices such as SSO, MFA, and user provisioning.
- Familiarity with security best practices and exposure to frameworks such as NIST 800-171 or similar compliance standards.
- Ability to document processes and maintain organized system configurations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to improving internal systems.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting internal users.
