Senior Complex Desk Adjuster, Third-Party General Liability

Role Description In this senior level role, you'll investigate and maintain complex or highly complex general liability claims. You'll determine liability, secure information, review coverages, arrange appraisals, and settle claims. Your responsibilities include: - Handling complex casualty/GL claims across BOP, Commercial General Liability, and Farm/Ranch lines, including bodily injury and high-severity/complex coverage evaluations. - Managing contractor-related losses and premises liability (work-product allegations, slip-and-fall injuries, and third-party property damage), with a claim mix averaging 60% property damage and 40% bodily injury, primarily for the midwestern states. - Spending 4+ days per week working from home, with candidates required to reside near specific locations. Position Compensation Range: $69,000.00 - $115,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary. Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Qualifications - Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service. - Demonstrated experience handling 3rd party, multi-line claims. - Demonstrated experience handling simple to moderately complex claims. - Extensive knowledge and understanding of policies and endorsements. - Extensive knowledge of each phase of the claim handling process. - General liability claims experience required. Requirements - State specific claims licensing as required. - Travel Requirements: Up to 10%. - Physical Requirements: Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
