The UM Administration Coordinator 2 contributes to the administration of care management and provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and maintain optimal wellness by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members. - The UM Administration Coordinator performs computations and varied activities with moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments. - The decisions are typically focused on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. - Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing. - Follow standard policies that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications - Must reside in the Greater Chicago area/suburban Cook or nearby surrounding counties in the State of Illinois. - 2+ years of administrative support experience in the healthcare industry. - 1+ years of customer service experience. - Previous experience working with Medicaid, Long-term Care, or Medicare members. Preferred Qualifications - A minimum of an Associate's degree. - Prior billing/claims or authorization experience - Proficient using electronic medical record and documentation programs. - Proficient with medical terminology and ICD-10 codes. - Experience with Utilization Review and Prior Authorization within a managed care organization. Role Description The Senior Inventory Supervisor works with the Inventory Management Team to identify training needs and develop and deliver training to Inventory Supervisors both individually and in group settings. He/she also assists with inventory by overseeing the execution and quality of the physical inventory process for the company, including responsibility for ensuring proper cutoffs and quality of inventory counts to obtain an accurate inventory. Role Description We’re looking for a full-time Xactly Technical Admin to join our Sales team reporting to the Revenue Compensation Manager. This role is a remote role based in the United States. In this role, you’ll play a key role in enabling accurate, scalable, and efficient sales compensation operations by managing and optimizing the Xactly Incent platform and translating complex compensation plans into reliable system logic.
