About The Team Edit Solutions is a centralized, brand-aligned team that supports the packaging, operationalization, and execution of sold digital editorial sponsorships across People Inc.'s Lifestyle and Entertainment portfolio. We partner closely with Brand Marketing, Editorial, Video, Social, Sales, and Client Services to translate sold programs into scalable plans, build the infrastructure required for execution, and deliver clear launch guidance across on-site and off-platform channels. Fast-paced, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, our team plays a critical role in protecting revenue, enabling cross-functional execution, and helping editorial sponsorships come to life across as many as 28 People Inc. brands. About The Positions Contributions: - Serve as the single point of contact & project manager for sold editorial programs, from the point of sale through launch: - Assess contractual obligations and translate them to launch deliverables - Coordinate across multiple internal teams (Editorial, Video, Social, Account Strategy, Activation, Marketing and Sales) to ensure flawless execution of sold editorial sponsorships - Develop and maintain detailed project plans for all assigned campaigns, spanning new content creation, client integrations, social media, promotional plans, and more - Maintain knowledge of site capabilities, editorial product offerings, advertiser expectations, and disclosure requirements - Lead cross-team production status meetings - Maintain working knowledge of standard ad solutions and organizational policies The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements: Education: - BA/BS degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field, or combined relevant experience Experience: - 3-4 years experience in a client services, account management, digital media planning or project coordinator role. - Experience developing and managing production timelines to facilitate work across multiple teams.
