Role Description Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Radiology Services, Director of Operations, USA. Reporting into the Enterprise Services (ES) Radiology Services Team, this is a role well suited to an ambitious professional with a deep understanding of technical and operational execution combined with strong business acumen. Radiology Services is focused on delivering and executing on a portfolio of value-driven offerings powered by Siemens Healthineers that will help transform healthcare delivery for our partners. You will serve as the point of contact and responsible owner of all project management work/operations for both customer engagement as well as internal stakeholders, ensuring technology/service excellence with regards to the concepts developed with and for our customers. In this role, you will also: - Develop and administer clear and concise project management roadmaps/timelines/etc for both internal and external stakeholders. - Maintain consistent and up-to-date Siemens project management tools, content and documents required by Healthineers Compliance and Program Management. - Lead and successfully execute on all operational implementations for each RaaS deployment. - Focus on delivering an exceptional experience through excellent communications and engagement in project management and technical implementation projects (internal and external). - Lead customer relationship development with technical and project management stakeholders across the customer’s organization and gain participation in strategic customer input sessions to identify key requirements and success criteria for services/solutions deployment. - Capture and manage the 'Voice of the Customer' by gathering insights and feedback to inform development and R&D teams, ensuring customer needs and pain points are effectively addressed in future product iterations. - Provide accessible and efficient response to concerns and problems while ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery. - Prepare an annual operational budget to ensure RaaS growth and revenue targets are supported by appropriate headcount/resources. - Support the overarching Enterprise Services Radiology Services Team as needed, contributing to the strategic vision and operational excellence goals. In this role, you will also: - Drive business growth by enabling and working closely with our Siemens Healthineers sales organization. - Ensure contractual requirements are met and performed to a high standard. - Help organize and manage all sales to operations handover processes (PM80). - Develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring effective and timely communications. - Enforce adherence to organizational processes, tools, and workflow standards. - Work closely with leadership colleagues to align on goals, vision, and strategy to ensure a positive culture and clear expectations exists across the Team. Working with the broader Siemens Team, you will: - Build appropriate relationships across the organization at all levels to ensure consistent communications on opportunities and strategy. - Serve as an advisor to executive leadership (client and Siemens) and collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams and business partners. - Represent yourself in a manner consistent with Siemens Values and Behaviors. - Work with critical stakeholders to outline risk mitigation plans to close gaps in performance as related to required results. - Analyze customer successes and gaps regarding contractual obligations and required change management obligations. - Support the continued development of communication processes, tools and standards of work that support the delivery of contractual obligations across the RaaS Team. - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication throughout the enterprise. - Provide accessible and efficient response to concerns and problems. Requirements - Polished demeanor with strong executive presence. - Strong analytical skills and business acumen (i.e., knowledge of profit and loss centers, balance sheets, capital/operational planning). - Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a “general manager’s” point of view; effective at structured problem solving and critical thinking. - Strong problem-solving skills and able to implement innovative solutions to customer problems. - Ability to analyze client commercial capabilities, identify root cause and growth tool opportunities.
