ServiceNow Test Engineer
General Dynamics
• Collaborate with developers, concierge team, and product owners to understand requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure accurate test coverage • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of ServiceNow features • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF) • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions with business users • Identify, document, and track defects for timely resolution • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Active Secret clearance
- Experience working with Agile/SCRUM
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or CompTIA Security+
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Demonstrated experience with the Agile methodology, leading sprint planning efforts, reviewing stories against business requirements, splitting epics, and ordering development logically in a virtual environment. Experience assigning estimates for units of work (stories, defects, documentation, etc.) and coaching resources on the technical development and configuration against defined user stories. Ability to lead client facing workshops and meetings and conduct calls with customers independently or in support of business process/requirements gathering efforts. Experience with supervising and inspecting code migrations between instances, as well as providing feedback to technical resources on approaches to remediate assigned defects.
