Project Manager – Business Development

ResMed

• Responsible for scheduling Discovery & DEMO calls to qualify and close leads • Manage and track multiple contracts for customer activations • Effectively manage communications with a wide array of stakeholders, both internal and external • Maintain active engagement with new and existing customers through creative follow-up • Take responsibility for the success of onboarding customers • Manage complex internal team dynamics and complex external partner dynamics • Synthesize technical information at a level that leads to business success • Work with Manager, Program Management to continue to grow and expand responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related experience
  • 2-3 years working in SaaS with industry knowledge of Healthcare Software preferred
  • Superior organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Salesforce Lightning experience, DocuSign and strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
  • Quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment to tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools: MS Project, SharePoint, MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
