• Own end-to-end execution and performance of paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Bing Ads. • Lead non-brand category expansion across key use cases (CRM, project management, workflow automation, etc.). • Regularly analyze performance and deliver weekly performance updates and testing briefs. • Execute structured experiments, clearly document learnings, and drive continuous improvement in paid search performance.

Job Requirements

  • Deep SEM expertise: You have 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience across Google and Microsoft Bing Ads.
  • Technically fluent: You've worked directly with conversion tracking, value-based bidding, and smart bidding strategies.
  • PLG/self-serve experience: You have experience in product-led organizations and understand the nuances of optimizing for product sign-up quality.
  • Builder and AI-centric mindset: You instinctively reach for AI to move faster and work smarter.
  • Analytical and hypothesis-driven: You're comfortable pulling insights from complex datasets and tracking their impact.
  • Strong communicator: You proactively surface updates and build strong relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and organized: You can manage multiple campaigns and workstreams without things falling through the cracks.
