Position: Computer Science Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $75–$83/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 20 hours/week Role Responsibilities - Author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on computer science problems. - Produce original problem sets using architecture diagrams, data structure visualizations, and algorithm traces. - Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks to ensure accuracy. - Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance task quality and throughput. - Work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines. Qualifications - Must-Have PhD in Computer Science, or MS in CS with 3+ years engineering, research, or teaching experience, or BS in CS with 5+ years software engineering, systems, or applied CS practice. - Working fluency in at least two of: algorithms, systems, databases, networks, theory of computation. - Comfortable with architecture diagrams, data structure visualizations, and algorithm traces. - Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form. The successful candidate will deliver technical training across Fortinet's primary security tracks. What we expect of you: To be considered for this role, candidates * must * hold the following active credentials: * Fortinet Certified Trainer (FCT) Status: * Must be currently sponsored by an Authorized Training Center (ATC) or be an independent FCT with a valid trainer transcript. * Minimum Certification: * Active NSE 6 Certification (successfully passed NSE 4 + one NSE 6 exam). * Technical Experience: * Minimum of 5 years in network security and at least 3 years of experience delivering technical IT training.
