Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams, suchen wir fürs 2026 einen Sales & Business Development Manager REM & CAFM DACH (a) 100%. - Identifikation von Markt- und Geschäftschancen im Enterprise Asset Management- und Facility Management-Bereich in Deutschland und Entwicklung sowie Umsetzung individuell abgestimmter Kundenstrategien - Akquisition von Neukunden via Telefon, Videocall, Social Selling sowie persönlich vor Ort für den Verkauf unserer EAM & CAFM-Software CareOffice - Professionelle Verhandlungsführung auf Entscheider-Ebene - Aufbau und Pflege von nachhaltigen Geschäftsbeziehungen in Deutschland - Ausarbeitung von umfangreichen Angeboten und Lösungskonzepten, welche spezifisch auf die Kundeninteressen und deren Applikationslandschaft zugeschnitten werden (zusammen mit den technischen Kollegen) - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst, Projektleitern, Product Owner, der Entwicklung sowie dem Marketing - Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Messen, Veranstaltungen und in den sozialen Medien Qualifications - Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Sales Management und Business Development inkl. Role Description We are looking for a multilingual Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a critical role in our sales organization, generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads across Central EMEA markets.
