What you’ll do: - Lead end-to-end UI modernization by partnering with engineering and UX teams to reimagine enterprise service experiences for accessibility, usability, and visual appeal. - Deliver product strategy and roadmaps for AI-powered chat, virtual assistants, and collaboration solutions. - Champion user needs through direct customer engagement, translating insights into actionable product requirements. - Guide cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, and data science to deliver innovative, high-quality features. - Develop and prioritize requirements, manage backlogs, and balance speed with quality and user-centric outcomes. - Drive accountability by challenging assumptions and technical estimates while advocating for optimal design and delivery. - Conduct market research and analyze competitive trends to identify opportunities and guide product direction. - Define and track KPIs for user adoption, experience, and product success; communicate results to leadership. - Collaborate across marketing, sales, customer support, and services for successful launches and adoption. - Foster a culture of innovation, challenging teams to explore emerging technologies, new AI interfaces, and advanced UX. - Enable continuous improvement by staying current with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. - 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading enterprise UX/UI initiatives (ITSM/ESM ideal). - Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design and development, with skills in Angular or similar UI frameworks. - Familiarity with AI technologies, conversational interfaces, and IT Service Management domains. - Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize customer needs, define user journeys, and drive solution ideation. - Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact enterprise SaaS products. - Experience developing metrics, analyzing data, and making decisions to optimize business outcomes. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; adept at influencing technical and non-technical audiences. - Hands-on development experience with UI technologies is a plus. - Proven project management skills—delivering on-time and within scope/budget. - Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset, always seeking better ways to serve the customer. Director, CAE Product Management Lead CAE places Mastercard in the heart of our customer's consumer engagement strategies. Our vision is to become the partner of choice for Issuers and Merchants leveraging our solutions to drive profitable consumer engagement and Mastercard Preference. Mastercard is the largest payments marketing and loyalty provider globally with more than 20 years of driving successful consumer engagement with more than 2500 clients and 300M consumers on our products. In order to deliver simple, seamless cardholder/consumer experience and drive value to Issuers and merchants though differentiation we are seeking a Director, CAE for Japan division. This role is responsible for driving execution of commercialized (global and regional) products as relevant; develop localized product and service capabilities through local partnerships; provide knowledge of local market landscape, regulatory implications on growth, developing go-to-market plans and identify new revenue or business development opportunities. Partnering with the Japan division (IMK, P&I, IMC) CAE Lead executes product strategies to support services revenue growth and contribution to the Japan division. The CAE team partners with the account team and Services sales on business development opportunities for Merchants and all Issuers accounts.
