Role Description Your role is to be recognized as a thought leader and expert in precision diagnostics, leading with purpose and driving strategic partnerships aligned with our mission to save lives through early detection. As a Senior Client Success & Operations, you will partner closely with the HALO team and client leadership to manage accounts, drive growth across your assigned geography, and address complex operational and technological challenges while delivering measurable impact. You will mentor high-performing teams, champion innovation, and promote continuous improvement through dashboards and established KPIs. Key Responsibilities - Analyze complex healthcare challenges and conduct client interviews to gather insights. - Develop strategic, data-driven recommendations to help clients adapt to market and regulatory shifts. - Redesign business processes to improve efficiency, service delivery, and cost structures. - Support solution implementation, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. - Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and present insights to executive stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead defined workstreams within client engagements. Account & Relationship Ownership - Own and manage HALO’s partner accounts in the Northeast region, serving as the strategic and operational lead. - Lead renegotiation of Fair Market Value (FMV) and operational terms to improve margins, efficiency, and long-term partnership stability. - Serve as the executive-level point of contact for escalations, performance optimization, and relationship management. AOE Enablement & Mentorship - Lead onboarding, shadowing, and ongoing coaching of Account Operations Executives (AOEs). - Mentor and develop AOE talent to ensure consistent launch quality and operational maturity. - Provide direct enablement support for new AOEs. Qualifications - Master’s degree in healthcare administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Health Services Administration (MHSA) or related field. - 3+ years of proven consulting, professional services experience. - Strong academic track record and analytical skills. - Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. - Flexibility to travel (often up to ~50%). - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. Physical & Work Requirements (Essential Functions) - Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic for extended periods. - Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment weighing up to approximately 25 pounds. - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and staff, both verbally and in writing. - Ability to follow infection-control, safety, and clinical protocols.
