Manager, Operations Process – Optimization

• Own end-to-end program execution for assigned initiatives, ensuring clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met across multiple workstreams. • Lead the identification and implementation of solutions that improve efficiency across people, process, and technology, supporting USPM's strategic priorities. • Drive change management activities including communications, training, and adoption tracking to ensure successful implementation and build awareness and connection with frontline teams. • Leverage deep knowledge of multifamily operations and third-party property management to ensure initiatives align with operational realities. • Create high-quality training materials, job aids, communications, and presentations that drive adoption and understanding across diverse audiences. • Manage assigned programs from initiation through completion, maintain program schedules, and status reporting. • Engage with operational teams to gather requirements, communicate updates, and facilitate problem-solving.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of related experience in multifamily property operations, customer experience, process improvement, program management, or related field.
- Experience working in multifamily property operations at Greystar preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, project management, or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Strong understanding of third-party property management operations and client service delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to manage programs and drive results through cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading change management efforts in real estate or similar industry preferred.
- Proven ability to create polished, professional deliverables and presentations.
- Strong program management skills with ability to manage scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management/collaboration tools, like Asana.

• Develop, maintain, and interpret reports and dashboards across Salesforce and Looker for multiple types of audiences including but not limited to: Board, Investors, C Suite. • Collect and synthesize data from multiple sources to tell a clear business story, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities across the commercial business. • Partner with Commercial Operations leadership to provide data analysis and reporting to the Board of Directors, Investors, Executives and other stakeholders as needed. • Partner with leadership to define and track KPIs and metrics that measure commercial health, pipeline quality, and business performance. • Build and automate recurring performance reports and board-level metrics. • Serve as a data steward for Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and usability. • Support planning, forecasting, and compensation tracking through data validation, scenario modeling, and reporting. • Assist with pulling data for commission calculations and other sales related reporting. • Own functions with the sales commission calculation process. • Assist with other ad hoc Commercial Operations requests as necessary.
• Act as the primary operational extension and right hand to the Senior Director of Commercial Operations. • Drive priorities, manage execution, and ensure follow-through on key commercial initiatives. • Ability to collect, analyze, and prepare executive-ready materials, reporting, and insights for leadership, including C Suite and Board members. • Own reporting and analytics of core Sales Operations functions, including: • Pipeline and forecast reporting • Performance dashboards and KPI tracking • Territory and account management operations • Sales activity and productivity reporting • Analyze large, complex data sets to identify business trends • Partner closely with the Salesforce Manager to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Proactively identify data trends, risks, and opportunities within pipeline, bookings, and revenue performance. • Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial reporting and forecast cadences, including: • Pipeline reviews • Forecast rollups (eventually in a dedicated platform) • Internal monthly reporting to key stakeholders.
