Leads the Group Admissions team comprised of 7 direct reports (people leader level) and manages the attraction, retention, performance, and development of all Admissions colleagues (approximately 70 indirect reports) within the Group. Provides comprehensive new student life cycle oversight, beginning with prospective students' initial inquiry and matriculating through the entire registration process. Continuously evaluates and improves existing enrollment management best practices and applicable technologies.
