Title: AI & Digital Marketing Designer Location: Remote or Hybrid (SLC, Utah) Job Description: We are seeking a highly creative AI & Digital Marketing Designer to join our design team! This role will focus on creating compelling visual assets using AI image generation tools and Adobe Photoshop to support product marketing, social media campaigns, website content, email marketing, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate blends creative design skills with emerging AI tools to produce high-impact visuals quickly while maintaining strong brand consistency across all channels. This role also requires strong communication and project management skills to ensure creative projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with marketing priorities. Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Create high-quality marketing visuals using AI image generation tools and Adobe Photoshop. - Design product imagery, lifestyle visuals, and promotional graphics for CSE products. - Produce creative assets for: - Social media campaigns - Website product pages - Email marketing - Paid digital ads - Product launches - Generate AI-enhanced lifestyle and product scenes featuring supplement products. - Edit and composite product photography into dynamic marketing visuals. - Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. - Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into compelling visuals. - Iterate quickly on designs based on feedback and campaign performance. - Stay up to date with emerging AI design tools, trends, and workflows. - Communicate project status proactively with the marketing team to ensure alignment on timelines and priorities. - Track, organize, and implement design edits and feedback across multiple platforms (Monday.com, Figma, Slack, email, etc.) Required Skills & Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in digital design, graphic design, or marketing creative. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite. - Experience with AI image generation tools including Kive and Gemini. - Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color, and product presentation. - Experience creating visuals for social media, digital ads, and e-commerce. - Ability to combine AI-generated imagery with Photoshop compositing and retouching. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced marketing environment.
