We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant who combines hands-on manufacturing knowledge with pre-sales expertise. You’ll be a key partner to Sales, guiding prospects through how Poka unlocks measurable value across operations, frontline enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives. What you’ll be doing: - Act as a trusted advisor to manufacturing leaders, deeply understanding their operational processes, pain points, and digital maturity. - Lead consultative discovery conversations that connect real-world manufacturing challenges to Poka’s connected worker capabilities. - Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate business impact, from waste reduction and standardized work to training optimization and knowledge capture. - Architect solution frameworks that support enterprise-level manufacturing environments, ensuring alignment with IT, OT, and operational requirements. - Develop compelling value narratives and business cases grounded in Lean, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence principles. - Partner closely with Sales to support strategic deals, RFPs, PoCs, and executive presentations. - Contribute manufacturing expertise to the broader Solutions team, helping elevate demo strategy, storytelling, and use-case positioning. - Represent Poka at customer-facing events, plant visits, and strategic workshops. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales role supporting manufacturing customers. - 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience (operations, engineering, CI, production leadership), or 5+ years selling or supporting technical solutions into manufacturing environments. - Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, standardized work, and operational KPIs. - Experience delivering customized product demonstrations and leading technical discussions with both operational and IT stakeholders. - Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear operational outcomes and business value. - Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage plant managers, CI leaders, IT teams, and executives. - Experience contributing to PoCs, solution design, or technical validation processes. - Fluency in English and French. - Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
