Role Description This is a remote position. Design What Performs. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer. - A strong portfolio showcasing diverse user-centric design projects, such as websites, apps, and interactive media. - Basic to Intermediate understanding of coding languages like HTML and CSS. - Familiarity with user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards. - Strong grasp of typography, color theory, grid systems, and attention to detail. - Ability to create visually stunning designs that resonate with target audiences. - Time and project management skills able to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities. - Proficiency in tools like Adobe XD, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, and InVision. - Understanding of UX, layout, and conversion-focused design. - Ability to think conceptually and execute visually. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Requirements - Bonus if you have exposure to motion design or animation tools. - Worked on interactive or storytelling-style websites. - Understanding of how design translates into development. - Experience with Webflow or modern front-end workflows. - Understand technologies such as WebGL, GSAP, Three.js, or modern frameworks like React or Vue.
