Own QA — manual, automated, AI-assisted, and process-driven — so every release is reliable, performant, and secure. You'll turn complex requirements into test plans, enforce standards, leverage AI to move faster without cutting corners, and prevent defects before they reach clinicians and patients. We don't want someone who runs tests. We want someone who *thinks* about quality — and uses every tool available, including AI, to guarantee it. **What You'll Own** **Manual & Automated Testing** — Develop and execute test plans for web and mobile applications. Build and maintain automated test suites that scale. **AI-Accelerated QA** — Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codium/CodiumAI, Testim, Katalon, or similar) to generate test cases from specs, auto-generate edge-case scenarios, accelerate test script creation, and reduce repetitive manual effort. Continuously evaluate new AI-powered QA tools and bring recommendations to the team. **Bug Tracking & Resolution** — Log, track, and verify defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. Prioritize ruthlessly. **Test Design & Documentation** — Maintain scripts, test cases, and reports that the whole team can understand and trust. **Cross-Team Influence** — Collaborate with developers, product managers, and security teams to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. Be the quality voice in every sprint. **Performance & Regression Testing** — Ensure reliability under normal and peak conditions. Continuously expand regression coverage through automation. **Compliance & Standards** — HIPAA, security best practices, and healthcare regulations. Ensure audit readiness is a default state, not a scramble. **Process Improvement** — Advocate for quality across teams, drive continuous improvements, and champion AI adoption in the QA workflow. **Authority (Ramped on Purpose)** You'll set quality standards from day one. • Conduct subtitle reviews for client content, English to Thai • Ensure accuracy of objective errors: grammar, spelling, punctuation, consistency, fluency, and intent is conveyed through subtitles • Escalate any issues with the subtitle quality and collaborate with the production team to resolve issues in timely manner • Seek to understand and correct any language uncertainty • Ensure that the subtitle quality align with the expectations and standards of the company and clients • Participate in internal training, as well as external training if required, to keep up with industry standards and company processes

• Work closely with team members (developers, product manager, customer support and partners) to develop, test and deliver high quality products • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases • Prevent, collect, analyze and track product defects • Design, develop and execute automation scripts • Hands-on manual investigation and reproduction of functional backend software issues • Root cause analysis of existing test script failures • Identification of current test script deficiencies and candidates for additional scripted coverage • Investigatory testing of unreleased features including defining requirements, behavior and impact • Documentation and design of candidate test scenarios for the above

• Develop and execute detailed manual test plans and test cases for the Speechify Web app, ensuring strong functional coverage across core user flows and edge cases. • Perform hands-on manual testing across browsers and devices to validate new features, bug fixes, and releases. • Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to identify, reproduce, isolate, and document defects, providing clear steps, expected vs. actual results, and supporting evidence. • Maintain clear and organized QA documentation, including test cases, regression suites, test reports, and release validation summaries. • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support to ensure issues are triaged correctly and prioritized based on user impact. • Participate in Agile workflows including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives, ensuring QA is embedded throughout the development lifecycle. • Execute regression testing and release validation to ensure product quality and stability prior to launch. • Continuously identify ways to improve manual QA processes, test coverage, and communication between teams.
