Role Description CTG is seeking an experienced UAT Lead / QA UAT Lead to drive end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts across multiple releases for a large-scale program. Qualifications - 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end automation and cloud infrastructure projects — from requirements through production deployment. - Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycles: scoping, architecture, stakeholder alignment, delivery, and post-launch iteration. - Track record of delivering complex, multi-system integrations in cross-functional environments involving Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders. - Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) in real production environments, not just prototypes. - Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining automation solutions for cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar), including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and SDLC best practices. - Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, and security best practices. - Hands-on experience with iPaaS, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code integration platforms; Workato experience strongly preferred. - Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills — able to translate technical complexity for both engineering and business audiences. - Strong technical documentation skills for solutions, architectures, and operational processes.
