THE ROLE We're looking for an experienced operations leader to own fulfillment, logistics, and retail compliance across all three of our sales channels. This is a project-based engagement focused on strengthening our operational infrastructure as we scale our retail and marketplace presence. This is a hands-on, decision-making role — not advisory or strategic consulting. You'll be the person accountable for product getting to the right place, on time, in compliance, across every channel. WHAT YOU'LL OWN • 3PL Management: Full strategic and operational ownership of our 3PL relationship. SLAs, performance, cost management, and quality across DTC, Amazon, and retail fulfillment. • Retail Fulfillment & EDI Compliance: Ensuring flawless pack-out, accurate EDI documentation, and full compliance with big-box retailer routing and packaging requirements. Biweekly pickup cadence. Zero tolerance for chargebacks or scorecard issues. • Amazon FBA Operations: Inventory replenishment, shipment planning, and FBA compliance. • Co-Manufacturer Coordination: Managing the co-manufacturing relationship for a functional beverage SKU in mass retail — forecasting, production scheduling, and quality. • Team Coordination: Working closely with an offshore fulfillment operations coordinator and collaborating with our production and finance teams on cross-functional operations.

• Support the organization and monitoring of Protheus ERP projects • Participate in kickoff meetings and alignment sessions with clients • Track schedules and assist with managing deadlines and scope • Organize the backlog, monitor sprints, and support weekly prioritization • Facilitate communication between the technical team and the client • Identify risks and help define action plans • Monitor multiple WhatsApp groups with organization and clarity • Assist in managing tickets and recurring requests

Project Managers are essential to success. As a Project Manager, you are the key link between clients and the intricate permitting landscape. Your work ensures that projects progress smoothly, overcoming regulatory hurdles, and collaborating with municipal officials to speed up approvals. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Incident Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating and leading the resolution of high-impact incidents across our software organization. From production issues to customer-facing outages, you will ensure timely, effective responses that minimize impact to both our customers and our business operations. Develop and maintain an incident management process that aligns with industry best practices and company objectives Coordinate and lead the incident response process, ensuring rapid triage, escalation, and resolution across cross-functional teams Monitor and respond to all incident tickets and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution Identify and analyze incident trends to proactively prevent future occurrences Collaborate with engineering, product, support, and other teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and customers Facilitate post-incident reviews and ensure follow-up actions are documented, tracked, and completed Develop and maintain incident management documentation, including runbooks, standard operating procedures and incident reports Conduct post-incident reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to incident management Analyze incident trends and metrics to identify systemic issues and propose proactive improvements
