• Act as the primary point of contact for two strategic enterprise sports accounts, leading delivery and managing expectations. • Drive end-to-end project planning and execution of quarterly deliverables, ensuring milestone achievement on time and to agreed quality standards. • Build, manage, and communicate clear and transparent project plans, including timelines, risk registers, dependencies, resource allocation and status updates. • Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams to remove blockers and influence outcomes. • Maintain strong customer relationships — proactively reporting status, issues, and risks; facilitating planning sessions and delivery reviews. • Ensure contractual obligations are met and help resolve disputes or scope questions with professionalism. • Apply structured project management methodologies to continuously improve processes, outputs, and customer satisfaction. • Advocate for customers internally, ensuring feedback is tracked and reflected in future planning or product priorities.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in project or programme management, ideally within SaaS technology or enterprise software organisations.
- Client Focus: Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts and delivering complex workstreams for high-value clients.
- Methodology: Strong command of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid approaches) and proven ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills — able to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to plan, prioritise and report clearly in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort managing ambiguity.
- Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
- Experience with Atlassian suite e.g Jira, Confluence, utilising AI to automate processes and Google Suite is a plus
- PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent certification is a plus.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN • 3PL Management: Full strategic and operational ownership of our 3PL relationship. SLAs, performance, cost management, and quality across DTC, Amazon, and retail fulfillment. • Retail Fulfillment & EDI Compliance: Ensuring flawless pack-out, accurate EDI documentation, and full compliance with big-box retailer routing and packaging requirements. Biweekly pickup cadence. Zero tolerance for chargebacks or scorecard issues. • Amazon FBA Operations: Inventory replenishment, shipment planning, and FBA compliance. • Co-Manufacturer Coordination: Managing the co-manufacturing relationship for a functional beverage SKU in mass retail — forecasting, production scheduling, and quality. • Team Coordination: Working closely with an offshore fulfillment operations coordinator and collaborating with our production and finance teams on cross-functional operations.
