• A rare opportunity to be a part of a groundbreaking franchise team that is rapidly scaling the Crunch Fitness brand has opened. • The Communications Specialist plays a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-location member and prospect communications across digital messaging platforms. • This role is responsible for managing campaign messaging, evaluating audience engagement strategies, and ensuring communication initiatives align with brand standards, operational priorities, and business growth goals. • The Communications Specialist owns the planning, development, execution, and optimization of SMS and email communications across multiple club locations. • This position evaluates communication objectives, determines appropriate audience segmentation and messaging strategies, and monitors campaign effectiveness to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience managing marketing communications, email marketing, digital messaging campaigns, or related marketing initiatives preferred
  • Experience developing and optimizing communication campaigns across multiple audience segments
  • Strong understanding of digital communication strategy and audience engagement best practices
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into communication improvements
  • Strong written communication, editing, and messaging development skills
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, SMS marketing systems, or marketing automation tools preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to independently manage multiple communications initiatives and deadlines
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across departments
