Adjunct Faculty, Law Enforcement Communications and Evidence-Based Policing
UMGC Ventures
• Teach remotely for the Criminal Justice & Public Safety Administration program. • Work with program staff and the Instructional Design team as subject matter expert. • Engage students through frequent interaction to motivate them. • Provide rich and regular constructive feedback, and help students connect concepts across their academic program.
Job Requirements
- Master’s in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, or related field from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Professional experience in Law Enforcement
- Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred.
- Preferred Education and Experience: Terminal degree in Criminal Justice, Public Safety, or related field from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Experience as a police administrator.
- Experience in Higher Education curriculum development.
