Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, including at least 5 years specializing in Salesforce. - Proven success leading large-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple business units. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and REST/SOAP APIs. - Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday), middleware platforms, and other key applications such as e-Stores and entitlement tools. - Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, CPQ Specialist, Technical Architect) are highly preferred. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a customer-first mindset and proven ability to improve processes. - Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and build effective partnerships with application stakeholders. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Engineering, or a related discipline. - This role may require some travel.
