• Create and maintain clear, accurate documentation on product functionality and best practices • Author step-by-step tutorials covering file system management, service troubleshooting, log analysis, firewall setup • Develop SOPs and compliance documentation related to security and incident management • Utilize AI-driven content optimization and SEO best practices • Collaborate with stakeholders to stay current on product developments and technologies • Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to guide content strategy • Support creation of supplemental learning assets like videos and assessments • Advocate for continuous improvement in content quality and processes
Job Requirements
- Subject matter expert in relevant tools, processes, and products
- Experience authoring or editing content in a technical environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with knowledge and content management systems such as Pega, Confluence, and Atlassian Suite
- Solid understanding of web standards, including HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices
- Familiarity with visual and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Snagit)
- Hands-on experience working in Linux environments
- Ability to accurately capture, interpret, and format command-line output
- Proven experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Assist in creating and updating: -Help Center articles -Feature documentation -Onboarding guides -Release notes -Internal process documentation • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand new features • Translate complex product functionality into clear, customer-friendly documentation • Support documentation for integrations and APIs (where applicable) • Help structure and maintain our knowledge base • Ensure documentation aligns with product updates and releases • Structure and maintain documentation in tools such as Notion, Confluence, GitBook, or similar
