• Own and manage a portfolio of LATAM advertiser accounts as well as select East Coast key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong client relationships. • Lead client communication in Spanish, including performance updates, campaign reviews, and day-to-day correspondence. • Ensure campaigns deliver against client goals, KPIs, and contractual commitments. • Identify and drive upsell, renewal, and growth opportunities within existing accounts. • Partner with the operations team to oversee campaign execution from launch through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Translate client needs into clear internal briefs, aligning on targeting, creatives, timelines, and deliverables. • Monitor campaign performance and pacing, proactively identifying risks and driving optimizations. • Deliver reporting and performance insights, translating data into actionable recommendations for clients. • Coordinate across Sales, Ad Ops, Product, and Finance to manage workflows, timelines, and issue resolution. • Act as the LATAM market expert, ensuring culturally relevant communication and high-quality client experience.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) – required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in any relevant field
- 3–6 years of experience in account management, digital media, advertising, or client services
- Experience managing digital campaigns (display, programmatic, or similar)
- Strong understanding of ad operations, trafficking, and reporting workflows
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and ad tech tools is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with LATAM-based clients or markets is preferred
- Flexibility to travel up to 5% for team meetings
- Familiarity with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager) and CMS tools is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate performance into actionable insights
