Senior Marketing Operations Manager

• Own workflow & execution • Serve as the primary owner of marketing and creative workflows across channels (paid media, CRM, product pages, lifecycle, etc.) • Ensure work is clearly defined, prioritized, and moving efficiently from request through delivery • Track projects end-to-end, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and removing roadblocks • Improve and scale how work gets done • Identify inefficiencies and simplify how teams operate with an aim to reducing friction, clarifying inputs, and improving structure • Build & refine workflows, templates, and processes that are easy to use and scalable • Continuously improve how work flows across teams • Drive automation and operational efficiency • Implement workflow automations across intake, routing, approvals, and status tracking • Reduce manual coordination and repetitive work so teams can focus on higher-value output • Apply AI in practical ways • Identify opportunities to use AI to save time and improve output (brief creation, task generation, QA, reporting) • Integrate AI tools into real workflows to support day-to-day execution • Stay current on emerging tools and bring forward practical applications • Coordinate stakeholders and support key initiatives • Build strong relationships across marketing, creative, product, legal, and leadership teams • Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and expectations across stakeholders • Help coordinate campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional programs to ensure on-time delivery

Job Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in marketing operations, project/program management, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects at once, from intake through delivery, in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience working closely with creative teams (design, copy, content), marketing/channel owners, legal counsel, and leadership teams.
  • Hands-on experience with project/work management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Workfront, or similar).
  • Experience improving workflows, implementing process changes, or introducing automation.
  • Exposure to or experience using AI tools in a business or marketing context.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with an emphasis on relationship building.
  • Project management certification is a plus but not required.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring campaigns, events, and executive programs are supported by scalable processes, accurate data, and clear visibility for sales and leadership. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in marketing operations and data management, along with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and enabling high-impact program execution.
