Role Description Nous recherchons un(e) Business Developer pour rejoindre notre fabuleuse équipe chargée de prospecter et convaincre les commerçants d’augmenter leur activité et leur potentiel de vente grâce à Groupon. En tant que Business Developer au sein de l'équipe des ventes locales de Groupon, vous contribuerez à la croissance de notre place de marché en identifiant, en engageant et en intégrant de nouveaux commerçants locaux dans un large éventail de catégories telles que : - Beauté - Bien-être - Expériences hôtelières et de voyage - Restauration - Fitness - Services Ce rôle est axé sur la prospection, la qualification et le closing de deals, en suivant des processus de vente clairement définis. Objectif principal (North Star) : - Constituer un solide pipeline de nouveaux commerçants locaux et intégrer avec succès des partenaires qui répondent aux normes de qualité de Groupon. Ce que vous ferez : - Identifier et contacter de manière proactive les commerçants locaux potentiels par le biais d'appels sortants, d'e-mails et de suivis. - Qualifier les besoins des commerçants et évaluer l'adéquation de base des offres à l'aide de critères et de directives de vente définis. - Présenter clairement et avec assurance la proposition de valeur de Groupon aux propriétaires de petites entreprises. - Conclure des affaires standard de manière autonome, en utilisant les cadres de prix et d'offres établis. - Maintenir un suivi précis des activités, des mises à jour du pipeline et des prévisions dans Salesforce. - Collaborer avec les opérations commerciales et l'équipe de succès des commerçants pour assurer une intégration en douceur. - Participer à des sessions d'appels, de coaching et à des réunions d'équipe pour améliorer continuellement les performances. - Utiliser des outils de vente basés sur l'IA pour soutenir la sensibilisation des commerçants, préparer les conversations et assurer un suivi efficace. - Appliquer les informations générées par l'IA pour améliorer la qualité du discours, prioriser les prochaines actions et maintenir l'exactitude des informations du CRM. Qualifications - 0 à 5 ans d'expérience en vente, développement commercial, acquisition de clients ou dans un rôle en contact avec la clientèle. - Solides compétences en communication et à l'aise pour interagir avec les propriétaires d'entreprise par téléphone ou en personne. - Volonté d'apprendre des processus de vente structurés et de recevoir des commentaires continus. - Compréhension des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), des objectifs et des attentes en matière de performance. - Capacité à gérer une charge de travail importante dans un environnement au rythme rapide. - La familiarité avec les outils CRM (Salesforce ou similaire) est un atout.
