Role Description Estamos buscando um(a) Gerente Financeira COM EXPERIÊNCIA NO WK RADAR para atuar de forma remota, em regime PJ em uma startup em rápido crescimento. - Atualização mensal de relatórios financeiros e indicadores, visando atender às necessidades da diretoria; - Buscar e direcionar as melhores aplicações financeiras, atendendo à necessidade de liquidez e apetite de risco da empresa; - Gestão e manutenção dos limites bancários junto às instituições, direcionando a melhor estratégia para o risco sacado de fornecedores; - Acompanhamento e avaliação das despesas financeiras, buscando a melhor negociação com as instituições bancárias; - Acompanhar e avaliar diariamente o fluxo de caixa, se antecipando a necessidade de capital de giro e acompanhando a oferta de funding; - Coordenar e atuar na cobrança de inadimplentes, avaliando riscos de possíveis perdas; - Garantir a auditoria dos processos em que a equipe financeira atua como “linha final”; - Conferências contábeis e tributárias, principalmente no fechamento contábil: apuração de impostos, retenções, contabilizações, rateios, categorizações e afins; - Garantir que os demonstrativos contábeis sejam assertivos para apresentação aos stakeholders; - Conferência e envio mensal dos indicadores, documentos e book´s de report solicitados pelos fundos; - Parametrizações de ERP: impostos, faturamento, contratos, relatórios e afins; - Preparação e apresentação nas reuniões de lideranças propostas pela empresa; - Definição em conjunto e cumprimento dos OKR´s, junto da diretoria, resguardando seu cumprimento junto do time; - Melhoria de processos e identificação de novos necessários, visando eficiência operacional; - Montagem de relatórios estratégicos solicitados pela diretoria, visando muni-los de informações assertivas para tomada de decisões; - Atendimento à bancos, clientes, fornecedores e transportadores; - Gestão e desenvolvimento das equipes financeiras e contábeis; - Coordenar a estabilização de ERP de grande porte, conectando as demais áreas da empresa; - Apresentar resultados e indicadores mensais aos bancos, visando manutenção ou aumento de limites, assim como direcionar os produtos de crédito ideais para a empresa; - Apresentar resultados e indicadores mensais aos fundos, de acordo com o script exigido pelos stakeholders; - Acompanhar e direcionar a auditoria externa, visando emissão de parecer sem apontamentos; - Avaliar e implantar as melhorias apontadas pela auditoria externa; - Implantar fluxos de auditoria interna, visando atendimento à auditoria externa e conselho de administração; - OBRIGATÓRIA EXPERIÊNCIA EXPRESSIVA NO USO DO ERP WK RADAR, ASSIM COMO SUA PARAMETRIZAÇÃO. Qualifications - Formação Superior Completa em Contabilidade; - Conhecimentos amplos financeiros e de contabilidade; - Matemática financeira avançada; - Conhecimento amplo de produtos bancários e plataformas bancárias de pagamentos; - Análise, confecção e conferência de demonstrativos contábeis e demais relatórios financeiros; - Faturamento e incidência de impostos sob a receita; - Uso e parametrização do ERP WK Radar. Qualifications - 5–8+ years in analytics, customer insights, strategy, or CX roles. - Strong experience with churn analysis, segmentation, and customer behavior insights. - Ability to create and communicate reporting requirements. - Ability to connect data to business outcomes (revenue, LTV, churn reduction). - Strong storytelling skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
