• Serve as the primary point of contact and face of Gigstreem for assigned properties. • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with property managers, leasing teams, and ownership groups. • Act as a trusted advisor by providing education, guidance, and ongoing support to property teams to ensure a seamless and positive internet experience for residents. • Proactively monitor the overall property and resident experience, identifying trends or concerns before they escalate. • Partner closely with internal teams to quickly resolve issues, communicate updates, and ensure follow‑through. • Implement strategies that drive resident satisfaction, adoption, and long‑term property success. • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify opportunities for account expansion, including up‑selling, cross‑selling, and introducing new products or services. • Prepare and deliver regular, clear, and insightful reports to clients using internal ticketing data, analytics, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Responsible for Engineering and Optimization of the regional network backbones and corresponding venue networks • Define, document and enforce network standards • Engage directly with network equipment suppliers • Augment network design concepts • Configure all network elements • Turn-up & test new network & corresponding services • Assist in the execution of vendor evaluations • Lead/execute Proof of Concept (POC) tests • Create and maintain technical relationships with vendors • Develop and hone necessary skills associated with IP networking • Interact with various inter and intra departmental peer groups • Execute assigned tasks within assigned timeframes and budgets • Provide guidance/ mentor less experienced agents/technicians

• Generate, process, and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule • Apply customer payments (ACH, checks, credit card, wire) to the correct accounts and reconcile discrepancies • Monitor aging reports daily; identify overdue accounts, initiate collection efforts, and escalate when necessary • Maintain structured follow-up routines to ensure timely payment and reduction of outstanding balances • Investigate and resolve billing errors, short payments, disputed charges, and account variances quickly • Serve as the primary communications liaison for customer billing inquiries across multiple time zones, including some international communications • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve account-related issues • Assist with month-end close by reconciling the AR sub-ledger to the general ledger • Maintain customer account records and ensure data accuracy in ERP and billing systems • Support internal and external audits through documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal controls • Contribute to process-improvement and automation initiatives to reduce manual steps and enhance billing efficiency • Be self‑motivated and capable of working independently while managing high-volume transactional workflows

• Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and expense reports accurately and promptly. • Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices in accordance with company policies and GAAP requirements. • Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (ACH, checks, wires) while monitoring cash flow. • Develop/maintain strict routine payment schedules for reoccurring charges. • Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies or payment issues quickly. • Act as primary communications liaison with vendors and interdepartmental requests. • Candidate will be expected to maintain prompt communications across multiple time zones, including some international. • Assist with month-end close by reconciling AP sub-ledger to the general ledger. • Monitor compliance with internal controls and support audits as needed. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams to streamline AP processes. • Contribute to automation initiatives and help reduce manual workflows. • Be self-motivated to work independently on high volume transactions.

• Grow the sales vertical and MDU business development • Secure contracts within the MDU and MTU community • Manage P&L forecasting and improvement for each sale • Collaborate with Business Development team to track pipeline progress • Initiate customer contact with high value owners and developers
